No Agency Staff Cover
Rose Cottage is extremely proud to announce that - Our clients are only supported by our familiar, dedicated staff.
We never use agency staff for cover. In the entire history of our home, no agency cover has ever been utilised. This is unheard of in an industry where it is the norm.

The most important aspect in any care setting is the provision of care for your loved one. What differentiates us from many other care homes is our ethos of ensuring care is provided by a person that is acquainted and knows your loved one well.
Staffing particularly since Covid-19 has been the biggest challenge for Care Home Providers and yet we are so very fortunate to have a regular, committed team. Our small team also means that close bonds are formed and a happy ambience pervades.
Training
A firm emphasis is placed on staff training and development to ensure staff have the best skills set. Most of our staff have worked in care for many years and are NVQ trained. Staff undertake annual mandatory training to ensure compliance.
